




Position Summary: Efficiently coordinate and manage the estate's resources and operations, ensuring compliance with requirements and budgets through effective planning and management. Job Responsibilities: Fulfill requirements and requests issued by the property owner. Participate in the programming and formulation phases of the annual budget according to the estate's needs. Systematically record movements generated by income and expenditure forms, registering them in the corresponding cost center. Verify that supplier invoice payments are made timely, ensuring that negotiations regarding price, quality, and delivery terms have been duly fulfilled. Coordinate all department heads to adhere to the objective-based work plan. Coordinate various estate departments to collaborate effectively through defined plans and programs, and schedule activities for each estate staff member. Plan and coordinate events held on the estate. Manage all estate resources and assets to the highest standards of rigor and efficiency through planning and organization. Manage and control expenses strictly aligned with the previously authorized budget.
