




Job Summary: Develops, calculates, and adjusts unit prices for economic proposals and tenders, ensuring database updates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detailed development of unit prices and cost breakdowns. 2. Integration of economic proposals for public and private tenders. 3. Maintenance and adjustment of unit price databases. Unit Price Analyst (Public Works) Education * Architecture or Civil Engineering. Title and Professional License required. Responsibilities * Develop detailed unit prices according to item catalogs, technical specifications, and drawings. * Break down direct costs: materials, labor, machinery, tools, and transportation. * Conduct market studies to validate input and service prices. * Calculate indirect costs, profit, financing, and additional charges according to contract type. * Integrate economic proposals for public and private tenders. * Keep unit price databases updated in accordance with market changes. * Review and adjust unit prices during project execution based on actual conditions. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in unit price analysis, budgeting, and tendering. * AutoCAD * Knowledge of construction materials * Quotations * Drawing preparation and drawing interpretation * Neodata.
