




**JOB PROFILE** **PURCHASING MANAGER** **Department:** ADMINISTRATION / PROCUREMENT **POSITION IDENTIFICATION:** **Parent position:** Administrative and Financial Directorate **Subordinate positions:** N/A **Working hours:** Monday to Sunday, 09:00 am – 17:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break and one day off per week **Work location:** JACARANDÁS INTERIOR: MZ 20 S/N, LT3 OJO DE ÁGUA II EMILIANO ZAPATA CP.62765 **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Objective:** To manage the club’s procurement process, ensuring timely and efficient supply of required inputs, materials, and services, based on quality, cost, timeliness, and supplier reliability criteria. **Authority:** Ø Request quotations from suppliers according to the club’s requirements. Ø Negotiate prices, delivery times, and payment terms within internal policies. Ø Select authorized suppliers jointly with the Administrative Directorate. Ø Halt or reject incomplete, unjustified, or budget-exceeding purchase requisitions. Ø Propose new suppliers or more efficient alternatives in terms of quality or price. **Functions and responsibilities:** Ø Receive and analyze purchase requisitions from all club departments. Ø Identify reliable suppliers meeting quality and competitive pricing criteria. Ø Request and compare quotations, selecting the best option for each purchase. Ø Issue duly authorized purchase orders and monitor their fulfillment. Ø Coordinate product deliveries with the warehouse and verify receipt against requisition specifications. Ø Maintain an up-to-date supplier and pricing database. Ø Manage returns or clarifications with suppliers in case of discrepancies. Ø Collaborate with the treasury and accounts payable departments for payment scheduling and authorization. Ø Comply with transparency, ethics, and budgetary control policies. **Responsibilities:** Ø Ensure efficient purchases conducted within budget. Ø Maintain healthy and transparent business relationships with suppliers. Ø Prevent duplicate or unnecessary purchases. Ø Respect delivery and supply timelines.
