At IDKM Producciones, we are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing the acquisition of products necessary for the proper operation of the club. This person will ensure the quality, timeliness, and competitive pricing of purchases, maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and guarantee compliance with internal policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute the complete purchasing process for supplies, materials, food, beverages, spare parts, and services. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. * Evaluate and approve suppliers, ensuring quality, costs, and service. * Prepare and monitor purchase orders, contracts, and budgets. * Control inventory in coordination with Warehouse and operational departments. * Monitor market trends to optimize costs. * Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and internal procedures.
