Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role here https://www.bayer.com/en/strategy/strategy **Your Tasks and Responsibilities** * Conducts environmental monitoring tests (total and viable particles) (new, static, and dynamic) to support HVAC/facility qualification and ongoing production processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, meeting required timelines, adhering to Good Documentation Practices, and ensuring ALCOA compliance. * Reviews the operational status of equipment in the Microbiological Control Laboratory and its accessories—including chart recorders—and assists with documentation and replacement of incubator charts, cleanroom charts, refrigerator charts, and monitoring of equipment/instruments used in microbiological monitoring to ensure they are qualified and calibrated per existing programs; also ensures sterilization of clean materials to enable appropriate resource utilization and minimize risks of quality system failures. * Documents/graphs data from each monitoring activity and evaluates whether results fall within established limits, initiating the appropriate investigation if necessary. * Reads plates from microbiological monitoring activities to confirm or rule out microbial growth, complying with GLPs and ALCOA principles to ensure data reliability. * Conducts microbiological monitoring of compressed gases at required sampling points to demonstrate compliance with quality requirements for use in production/analytical processes. * Executes and documents quality subsystems (e.g., deviations, changes, CAPAs, OoS/OoT/OoL), in accordance with current procedures, documenting promptly, following established workflows, and meeting stipulated deadlines. * Updates and disseminates fundamental regulations of the Quality System “GMP\-DGP/QMS” applicable to ensure continued validity and compliance with current requirements. * Complies with established quality, safety, and analytical biosafety standards, as well as environmental impact and occupational hygiene requirements applicable at the site, serving as a role model for Product Supply System (PSS) principles within the area of responsibility—demonstrating and applying related concepts and tools with team members/colleagues (e.g., active listening model, performance dialogues, GEMBAs, etc.), ensuring adherence to PSS methodology in all activities. **Who You Are** * University degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Microbiology, or Bacteriology Chemistry, or related disciplines. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an analytical control laboratory. * Basic English proficiency (Desirable). * Familiarity with pharmacopoeias and regulatory requirements for Good Laboratory Practices; Microsoft Office suite. * Customer service orientation, ability to manage complexity, drive for results, efficiency, and speed. **What We Offer You** * Hybrid working model. * Competitive salary. * Attractive benefits package. * Extensive development opportunities. * Favorable working conditions and excellent work environment.
