Coordinate and supervise the assigned security team, ensuring services are delivered orderly, disciplinedly, and with quality while complying with established instructions and guidelines. What will you do? * Supervise operational personnel on duty. * Verify compliance with instructions and protocols. * Address and report incidents. * Maintain constant communication with the client. * Prepare incident and attendance reports. * Ensure proper appearance and discipline of the team. * Support staff training and follow-up. What are we looking for? * Completed high school education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in private security (as Service Manager or similar). * Experience managing personnel. * Leadership and decision-making capabilities. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Basic report-writing skills.
