**Location:** Colonia Zimix, Santa Catarina, N.L. **Schedule:** On-site \| Mon–Fri 9:00–18:30 \| Saturdays 9:00–14:00 **Weekly Salary:** $3,200 – $4,000 net **General Description** Grupo Arcondec is seeking to incorporate an **Electrical Journeyman** capable of assisting in the installation and maintenance of industrial low-voltage electrical systems. This position is intended for individuals with practical field experience in electrical work and skills to efficiently support the team’s technical activities. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Participate in the installation of electrical raceways, including cable trays, rigid conduit, and flexible conduit. * Perform wiring tasks: pulling, organizing, labeling, and connecting cables. * Assist in assembling and installing distribution panels and associated equipment. * Collaborate on industrial lighting installations and grounding systems. * Support preliminary testing and provide general assistance during equipment commissioning. * Comply with on-site safety guidelines and industry best practices. **Required Profile:** * Minimum **1 year of experience in industrial electrical installations or similar**. * Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of electrical industry tools, materials, and techniques. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings or diagrams is desirable. * Willingness to perform tasks at heights or in confined spaces (with training provided). * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. **Benefits** * Competitive weekly pay based on skills and experience. * Statutory benefits \+ Major Medical Expense Insurance. * Ongoing training for technical and professional development. * Job stability, a positive work environment, and opportunities for internal growth. * Formal employment contract with possibility of permanent placement.
