Credit Coordinator **JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CREDIT COORDINATOR!** In this position, you will be **responsible for credit promotion and recovery**, working closely with our clients and handling key documents required for credit processing. You will also **lead a team**, guiding your staff to achieve the company’s objectives. **What We Offer?** **Upon Starting** * Initial gross monthly salary: $9,279.00 (for the first 3 months). * Transportation allowance: $1,373.00 per month for the first 3 months. * Initial net monthly total (including transportation allowance): $9,535.00, paid weekly at $2,225.00. * Mobile phone with $200 monthly airtime. **After 3 Months:** * Gross monthly salary: $10,660.00 * Transportation allowance: $2,060.00 per month * Net monthly total: $11,229.00, paid weekly at $2,620.00. * Grocery vouchers: $750 per month after 3 months. **Additionally:** * Productivity bonus and incentive scheme based on goal achievement. * Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing, and double savings fund. * Vacation days plus additional rest days for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or childbirth. * Official non-working days and CNBV-designated non-working days. **Position Characteristics** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays as needed based on productivity, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 80% fieldwork and 20% office work. * Team-based work and direct contact with our clients. **Responsibilities** * Promotion and outreach activities to acquire new clients. * Processing credit applications and analyzing related information. * Credit recovery for granted loans. * Home visits for client follow-up. * Coaching and monitoring of your team’s activities. * Team leadership: guide your team toward achieving results. **What We Look for in a Candidate** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience managing groups or personnel. * Availability to travel for 5 weeks for training (expenses covered: accommodation, transportation, and meals).
