Maintenance and cleaning tasks are distributed evenly among all team members, ensuring that the workload is manageable and well organized. \-Pool maintenance, poop scooper maintenance, and compost maintenance. 30% Dog Care: \-Feed and care for dogs, ensuring they receive personalized attention. \-Assist in organizing dogs into different yards and planning their exercise routines. \-Ensure dogs have clean water and access to suitable spaces for their well-being. \-Walk dogs when necessary. \-Consistently and responsibly collect dog feces. This is an essential aspect of maintaining hygiene and wellness at the facility, so it is important that the person is not squeamish and performs this task seriously and with commitment. Night shift (only when necessary): If required, the team will organize so that one member stays overnight at the house as the responsible night attendant, ensuring dogs are not left alone at night. The night shift involves sleeping on-site, performing the following tasks before going to sleep: \-Take the dogs out to relieve themselves inside the house before bedtime. \-The next day, take the dogs out again before starting regular activities. The night shift does not require additional tasks, and compensation of $200 plus meals is provided for each completed night shift.
