




The Telephone Operator is responsible for handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls, providing clear, courteous, and efficient customer service, support, or information to clients. Their main objective is to deliver high-quality service, resolve inquiries or properly escalate them, contributing to customer satisfaction and the achievement of departmental goals. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school (preferably ongoing technical or university studies). * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or related fields (desirable). * Proficiency in basic computer tools. * Excellent verbal communication and diction. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
