




Objective: To support in personnel administration, uniform control, record management, and safety and hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Administration and updating of physical and digital personnel files. * Control and inventory of uniforms and items assigned to staff. * Coordination of distribution, replacement, and registration of uniforms. * Support in the implementation of workplace safety and hygiene measures. * Prepare asset control reports and administrative records. * Participation in internal or external audits. * Safeguarding and confidentiality of personnel information. * Assist in general administrative tasks within the department. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (completed and verifiable). * Experience: 1 to 2 years in similar positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and safety and hygiene regulations.
