Review and report that materials requested by site supervisors are used only for their designated program or activity to prevent losses and waste 2\. Document the history of the supervised structure to verify that released materials have been properly utilized 3\. Support and supervise scheduled site events (site walkthroughs) to demonstrate actual progress of the construction project 4\. Plan and issue program opening schedules and cost center assignments to enable payment tracking 5\. Reconcile completed work against monthly balance with Controller 6\. Review and, if applicable, validate change orders generated within the project 7\. Control and monitor documentation of haulage and aggregates supplied by unions 8\. Review and validate payroll generated by the site supervisor for subsequent worker payments 9\.
