**ARCHITECT / DRAFTER** **JOB PROFILE:** * · Professional with training in Architecture. * · Skilled in graphical representation of executive and construction projects, with proficiency in digital tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and SolidWorks. * · Knowledge in the creation, interpretation, and development of architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * · Basic knowledge of building regulations and construction processes is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Review and update drawings according to construction progress. * Coordinate graphic information across disciplines. * Maintain drawing standards and version control. * Conduct architectural surveys and 3D modeling. * Generate presentation sheets or renders when required. * Assist in the integration of executive projects. **COMPETENCIES:** * · Honesty * · Adherence to rules * · Teamwork * · Problem-solving ability * · Communication * · Decision-making.
