




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, training, development, and organizational climate, ensuring regulatory compliance and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the full recruitment, selection, and hiring cycle 2. Administers training, development, and organizational climate programs 3. Ensures compliance with labor regulations and safety standards **EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:** Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Office * Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests * Knowledge of regulations (labor and safety) * Administration and management of training and development programs * Company and position onboarding * Internal and workplace policies * Safety and hygiene **EXPERIENCE:** 1 year in this role. **MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED:** 25 years and older **COMPETENCIES:** * Responsible * Proactive * Excellent interpersonal skills * Teamwork * Personnel management * Personnel administration **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Management of IDSE and SUA systems * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel * Payroll control, preparation, and administration * Conducting organizational climate assessments * Employee support and assistance * Preparation and follow-up of ST-7 forms * Monitoring training and development plans, as well as life and career planning evaluations for personnel * Preparation, monitoring, and reporting of departmental KPIs * Conducting plant floor inspections to verify adherence to internal regulations and statutory requirements Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which city do you currently reside?
