Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Coordinator in the industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Request daily activity reports from personnel under indirect supervision. Evaluate personnel under indirect supervision using technicians’ performance indicators. Review and adjust, when necessary, the service schedule for rental and sales equipment, minimizing costs and maximizing service levels. Monitor maintenance activities according to specific priorities aligned with each unit’s operational hours across business units. Track equipment maintenance compliance across all business units. Ensure inventory control of service vans. Prepare spare parts dispatches for service vans. Generate work orders (opening). Prepare the daily report on idle equipment, reviewing each business unit with service technicians and directly with customers. Request travel allowances. Develop technicians’ route schedules and monitor compliance. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
