Quality Engineer

Job Summary: A major automotive company is seeking a professional to prepare, implement, and supervise standard operating procedures, improve quality processes, and document machinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and supervision of quality systems (QYT) 2. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation 3. Participate in quality audits and waste reduction **A leading automotive manufacturing company located in Derramadero, Coahuila invites you to join its team** **Profile** Prepare and review standard operating procedures. 2\. Implement the QYT system at the production plant. 3\. Prepare all relevant documentation related to achieving process quality objectives. 4\. Supervise the correct application of standard operating procedures and new improvement plans. 5\. Plan and coordinate with the shift engineer regarding process improvement. 6\. Launch quality improvement activities related to SEQDCM, including 5S. 7\. Document DIV\-A machinery and closely monitor and close quality findings. 8\. Organize tools and materials. 9\. Deliver training on standard operating procedures (SOP) to all team members and train the team on quality standards. 10\. Prepare PFD/PFC, PFMEA, and IPCS documents according to YRC standard. 11\. Prepare work report (logbook) for each DIV\-A machine. 12\. Monitor waste and rework, and coordinate with technical team to reduce waste and rework. 13\. Review all documents and checklists every 6 months and update them according to the system. 14\. Identify process improvement gaps and take corrective actions. 15\. Participate in quality-related audits throughout the year. 16\. Determine root causes of quality issues in the process 18\.
