Objective: Support the implementation of an automated tool to streamline and optimize course scheduling time and collect training evidence. **Requirements** **Requirements:** * Be an **ACTIVE STUDENT** in the final semesters of Business Management Engineering, Business Administration, Human Capital Management, or related fields. * Hold valid Optional Insurance. * Availability for working hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. * Availability to complete an internship lasting 6 months to 1 year. * Willingness to commute to the plant and work on-site. * Proactivity, organization, and excellent attention to detail. * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. * Strong interpersonal skills. * English (desirable). **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare onboarding programs for new employees. * Ensure availability of training venues and materials. * Maintain physical and electronic training files. * Provide support for communication activities and events. * Enter course information for upload into SIRCE. * Request DC3 courses and diplomas from suppliers. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** **Monthly stipend of $8,400 MXN**
