




Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in CNC machining, process optimization, and defect detection and correction to enhance manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. High-precision CNC machining parameter optimization. 2. Defect analysis and development of continuous improvement actions. 3. Advanced experience in CNC machining and process improvement. 1. Understand aluminum alloy properties and identify casting defects affecting the machining process. 2. Optimize high-precision and high-speed CNC machining parameters for tools such as PCD reamers, boring, threading, and honing. 3. Analyze process defects and develop improvement actions to reduce burrs and dimensional deviations. 4. Evaluate tool wear and correct issues related to hole diameters and precision. 5. Troubleshoot failures and perform adjustments on Fanuc threading centers and CNC lathes. Interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances applied to machining. Use and understand indexing fixtures to ensure precision in CNC processes. Program and modify G-codes for CNC machining operations. Use AutoCAD for interpretation and creation of technical drawings. Apply advanced experience in CNC machining and continuous process improvement. Implement manufacturing process optimization and improvement projects.
