Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Operations Coordinator to supervise maintenance and security activities, resolve incidents, and propose improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proposal and implementation of improvements in operational processes A prominent commercial plaza located in Querétaro is seeking: ***"Night Shift Operations Coordinator"*** Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree and/or engineering degree in maintenance, administration, or related fields. 5 years of experience supervising maintenance, security, and parking activities. At least one year of recent, fixed-night-shift work experience. Responsibilities: * Ensure planned activities are carried out on time and as scheduled. * Resolve incidents arising during the shift. * Make urgent technical decisions to address problems. * Propose and implement improvements to established processes. * Safeguard assigned material and human resources. Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off; shift hours from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM. (Note: Mixed-shift training is required.)
