We seek an analytical, organized, and compliance-oriented professional focused on the organization’s financial and tax compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and analysis of financial and accounting information. * Bank reconciliations and control of accounting records. * Monitoring and fulfillment of tax and fiscal obligations. * Analysis and interpretation of financial statements. * Budget management and financial planning. * Administration and monitoring of information in ERP systems. * Ensuring compliance with IFRS and NIF standards. **Required Profile** * Education: **Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting**. * Desired experience in **manufacturing companies**. * Knowledge of: * General accounting * Bank reconciliations * Taxes and tax updates * IFRS & NIF * Budgeting and financial planning * Investment project valuation * ERP systems * Advanced Excel * Tooling control **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $48,000.00 MXN * **Meal vouchers:** 12% (legal cap) * **Savings fund:** 8.5% * **Year-end bonus:** 30 days * **Vacation premium:** 75% * **Major Medical Expenses Insurance** * Professional development within the automotive industry **Interested candidates may apply through this channel.** Salary: $48,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Major medical expenses insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Meal vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
