If you are proactive, technically skilled, and service-oriented, we’re looking for you in **Querétaro**! **The Challenge** Your mission will be to ensure operational continuity for our customers by efficiently addressing technical reports, performing preventive maintenance, and providing on-site support for critical infrastructure. **Position Details** * **Location:** Querétaro (Hybrid / Field model). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (08:00 \- 18:00 hrs) and Saturdays (08:00 \- 14:00 hrs). * **Availability:** Flexibility to travel as required by project needs. **️ What Do You Need to Succeed?** * **Education:** Technical Bachelor’s Degree (TSU) or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year performing the following activities: * + Preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment, POS systems, and kiosks. + Hardware component replacement and software installation. + Use of physical tools and inventory control. + Proficiency in Office tools. * **Technical Knowledge:** Incident, problem, and service-level agreement (SLA) management. * **Certifications (Preferred):** ITIL knowledge or equivalent 2-year experience managing ticketing tools. **Your Key Responsibilities** * ✅ Quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues at the customer site. * ✅ Accurately document each service interaction and submit reports in real time. * ✅ Collaborate with other teams to strengthen domain knowledge. * ✅ Guarantee compliance with SLA-based resolution KPIs. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary. * **Statutory benefits**. * Formal payroll employment. * Opportunity for continuous growth and learning. * Quarterly bonus. * Gasoline allowance. * Assigned vehicle. **Ready to take the next step in your professional career?
