Warehouse management and inventory control **Job Description:** Mission: Manage comprehensive maintenance of non-productive infrastructure and equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, spare parts budget optimization, and technical support for infrastructure and civil works projects at Airbus plants. Responsibilities: * Receive and inspect materials, spare parts, equipment, and other supplies via inbound orders and perform stowing. * Verify that the characteristics of materials, spare parts, and equipment match the requisition issued and comply with the supplier’s appropriate process. * Code and register goods in the system. * Receive and review internal requisitions for materials, spare parts, and/or equipment. * Control spare parts and tool inventories, generating stock reports through the system. * Classify and organize materials in the warehouse to ensure rapid location. * Prepare partial and periodic inventories to verify stock existence and identify obsolete items in storage. * Ensure system inventory reliability against physical inventory by performing receipts, issues, random cyclical counts, and full inventories. * Monitor area expenditure compliance using weekly and monthly reports. * Comply with the organization’s integrated safety rules and procedures. * Manage spare parts requisitions according to maintenance management practices. * Implement budget-saving projects to optimize spare parts usage and identify new suppliers to improve costs. * Maintain warehouse area minimum and maximum stock levels. * Coordinate with the logistics department for material unloading related to special projects. * Obtain and record part numbers for new spare parts. * Develop maintenance plans for service equipment. * Monitor and control non-productive maintenance KPIs. * Budget control. * Collaborate with the maintenance program to track Work Orders (WOs). * Follow weekly and monthly maintenance plans by generating work orders and replenishing required materials for execution. * Close work orders and submit weekly reports on maintenance plan compliance. * Track activity notifications and improve procedures based on comments recorded in WOs. * Conduct periodic mapping of the activity plan to ensure audit readiness. * Manage the service area to ensure reliability of Air Conditioning (A/C), Chiller, Boiler, Substation, Compressors, and Cistern equipment. * Maintain a database focused on the facilities area. Responsibilities: * Receive and review materials, spare parts, equipment and other supplies, through entry orders and stow them. * Verify that the characteristics of the materials, spare parts, equipment and other supplies correspond to the requisition carried out and comply with the appropriate process of the supplier. * Encode and register the merchandise in the system. * Receive and review the internal requisitions of materials, spare parts and / or equipment. * Controls inventories of spare parts and tools, making the stock report through the system. * Sort and organize the material in the warehouse in order to guarantee quick location. * Prepares partial and periodic inventories to guarantee the existence and obsolete in storage. * Guarantee the reliability of inventory in the system against physical inventory, making entries and exits, as well as random cyclical counts and general inventories. * Monitor compliance with the spending assigned to the area, through weekly and monthly reports. * Comply with the rules and procedures regarding integral security, established by the organization. * Manage the requirement of spare parts according to maintenance management. * Carry out budget savings projects to optimize the use of spare parts as well as the search for new suppliers to * improve spare parts costs. * Maintain minimums and maximums of the warehouse area. * Coordinate with logistics department the unloading of material for special projects * Get and Register the new spare parts numbers. * Create maintenance plan for service equipment * Monitoring and control of non\-productive maintenance indicators. * Budget control * Collaborate with the maintenance program to monitor Work Orders * Follow the weekly and monthly maintenance plan with the generation of work orders as well as the * replenishment of materials for execution. * Closing of orders as well as weekly posting of compliance with the maintenance plan. * Follow up on activity notifications as well as improve the activity procedure through the comments noted in the O.T * Carry out a periodic mapping of the activity plan to ensure audits. * Manages the service area providing reliability to the A/C, Chiller, Boiler, Substation, Compressors, and Cistern equipment. * Manages a database focused on the facilities area.
