Implementation and monitoring of Mexican Official Standards (NOM-STPS) 2. Preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) 3. Personnel management and safety feedback Implement and monitor Mexican Official Standards (NOM-STPS) Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA), identify hazards, and implement preventive actions. Personnel management Work under stress Maintain up-to-date safety files and evidence (permits, access control, staff credentialing, file compilation).
