




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate private security personnel to ensure the protection of people and assets while complying with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate private security teams. 2. Apply security protocols and manage emergencies. 3. Develop and train security personnel. Supervise, coordinate, and control private security personnel to ensure the protection of people, assets, and facilities, in compliance with company procedures and current legislation. MAIN FUNCTIONS Supervise asset protection security personnel during their shifts, verifying task execution, appearance, and punctuality. Prepare and submit daily incident, update, and activity reports. Coordinate patrols and review surveillance logs. Apply security protocols during emergency, evacuation, or disaster situations. Ensure full coverage across all services. Plan and execute transfers; provide on-site induction for personnel. Conduct daily roll calls. FIELD SUPERVISION Conduct field supervision based on the supervision report. Documented performance evaluations for guards. Inspect cleanliness of guard booths. Submit performance evaluation reports. INTERNAL CLIENT SERVICE Gather operational needs from personnel. Provide feedback to outstanding personnel. Report incidents. EXTERNAL CLIENT SERVICE Schedule direct client visits. Collect client requirements. Document personnel’s daily work activities. Submit evidence and results reports. SCHEDULED TRAININGS Receive the training plan. Schedule on-site trainings. Deliver trainings. Evaluate trainings. Submit weekly reports on completed trainings.
