Position Summary: Coordinate and follow up on import and export operations, handling customs regulations, Incoterms, and keeping the client informed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and follow-up of import and export operations 2. Interaction with suppliers to coordinate carriers and customs agents 3. Handling of customs regulations and knowledge of Incoterms An international logistics company / Freight Forwarder is seeking an Operations Executive for air and ocean freight in import and export. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Trade, Customs Sciences and Foreign Trade, or Commercial Relations. * Mandatory experience in the field, preferably 2 years with a forwarder * Language: Intermediate English * Ability to work under pressure, teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and positive disposition **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and follow up on operations (imports and exports) * Comply with customs regulations and apply Incoterms * Interact with suppliers to coordinate carriers and customs agents * Keep clients informed about the status and progress of each operation * Update the company's internal system timely and accurately **OFFERED:** * Salary commensurate with qualifications * Statutory benefits * Meal vouchers and grocery vouchers * Direct employment with the company Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers * Meal vouchers Experience: * Forwarder: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * Are you able to communicate in English, even if not perfectly?
