Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Strategist to optimize processes through data, transform metrics into master moves, and guide executive decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Your mission will be to transform metrics into master moves: balancing workloads among our developers, anticipating bottlenecks, and serving as the compass guiding executive decision-making. If you speak the language of data and are motivated by efficiency, we want to meet you. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems, Applied Mathematics, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in operational analysis or coordination of software development technical teams. Ability to coordinate with project leaders, developers, and technical profiles. Experience in developing and analyzing performance indicator reports. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Solid knowledge of operational performance metrics and indicators. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze operational indicators for IT projects. Manage human resource allocation according to priorities and workloads. Generate executive reports for performance tracking. Collaborate with project leaders and technical teams to align operations and metrics. Identify deviations and propose data-driven improvement actions.
