Opportunity for growth and continuous training Vacancy: Quality Manager – Automotive Dealership Position Objective Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes established by the brand and dealership, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and proper functioning of operational and administrative areas. Requirements * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of quality processes, audits, and customer service. * Proficiency in handling performance indicators and tracking KPIs. * Leadership, organization, and results-oriented approach. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to travel, as three dealerships are managed (Querétaro, León, and Aguascalientes). Main Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with the brand’s quality standards. * Follow up on internal and external audits. * Implement continuous improvement plans. * Monitor customer satisfaction indicators. * Coordinate training and internal process follow-up. * Prepare reports and performance analyses. * Identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions.
