Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and coordinate staff training programs. 2. Deliver soft skills and industrial safety courses. 3. Implement strategies for developing internal trainers. Familiarity with STPS regulations and organizational development. Knowledge of delivering soft skills and industrial safety courses. **Responsibilities:** Design and coordinate training programs. Deliver courses to all staff. Identify training needs (ITN). Implement activities and strategies for developing internal trainers.
