Mextypsa, a multinational company with over 15 years of market presence, is a subsidiary of Grupo Typsa with international operations, specializing in consulting services across civil engineering, architecture, industry, energy, and environmental fields; contributing to the development of infrastructure and facilities for various projects in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. We are currently seeking: **VIADUCT SPECIALIST SUPERVISOR (HIGHWAY PROJECTS)** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (student completing studies or graduate) Desirable: specialization, diploma, or postgraduate studies in structures, bridges, or structural engineering. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil works and road infrastructure and/or linear projects. Experience supervising viaducts, bridges, traffic interchanges, or elevated crossings. Experience in steel structures, beam launching (Mandatory), and projects involving reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and/or structural steel. Quality regulations Knowledge of SICT regulations * Advanced Excel proficiency * Willingness to work in Estado de México **Responsibilities:** * Supervise viaduct construction in accordance with design documents, specifications, and applicable standards. * Verify material quality, construction processes, and work sequencing. * Review and validate cost estimates, work generation reports, and quantities of work completed. * Identify deviations, non-conformities, and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with site managers, contractors, designers, and laboratories. * Prepare technical progress and quality control reports. * Supervise compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **We offer:** Competitive salary \+ statutory benefits and SGMM (Mexican Institute of Social Security Medical Expense Insurance) Direct employment with the company Interested candidates meeting the profile should apply through this channel with an updated CV. *At Mextypsa, we value diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect and belonging, enabling all individuals to participate on equal footing.
