Job stability and a positive work environment A reputable company specializing in screen printing of disposable products is currently seeking: **Screen Printing Supervisor** Objective: To supervise, coordinate, and optimize all activities within the screen printing process, ensuring print quality, adherence to production timelines, and efficient use of materials, equipment, and personnel. Responsibilities: * Supervise and control the screen printing process from preparation through to final product finishing. * Verify proper frame preparation, emulsion development, and ink formulation. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications for each production order. * Coordinate the use and basic maintenance of screen printing machinery. * Approve first printed samples (trial runs) before commencing mass production. * Manage inventories of inks, meshes, solvents, and raw materials. * Train staff in correct screen printing techniques and good practices. * Supervise workplace order and cleanliness. * Report equipment malfunctions for preventive and corrective maintenance **Requirements:** * Knowledge of screen printing processes and techniques (manual and automatic). * Handling of inks, solvents, additives, and meshes. * Quality control in printing. * Basic understanding of production performance indicators. * Industrial safety and hygiene. * **Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
