CCTV monitoring and incident control **EXPERIENCE** * Knowledge of CCTV monitoring * Personnel coordination * Asset security protocols * Minimum 3 years of experience as Shift Supervisor RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES * Monitor attendance and presence of subordinates and report absences to the Asset Security Coordinator. * Cover security posts when staff members are absent. * Provide feedback to security guards regarding implemented protocols. * Conduct periodic rounds across work areas to verify activities and report performance deficiencies of assigned personnel. * Submit activity reports to the Asset Security Coordinator. * Communicate necessary information to security guards to ensure compliance with required protocols during their duties. * Jointly conduct incident investigations within the company with the Asset Security Coordinator. * Ensure that reports submitted by subordinates are up to date. * Supervise security guards’ compliance with security standards and procedures.
