




Main Responsibilities Support recruitment and selection processes. Posting and monitoring job vacancies. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. Recording and managing personnel files. Updating internal databases. Supporting training and evaluation processes. Handling incidents and assisting with payroll (in accordance with internal procedures). Preparing reports and departmental documentation. Tracking employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Compliance with internal policies and regulations. Requirements Education: Technical degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field. Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and internal systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude.
