





Full job description The Service Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper operation of the services under their charge, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Their primary function is to lead operational and administrative personnel, manage resources, and monitor any incidents that may affect service continuity. Key responsibilities * Supervise and direct operational personnel assigned to each service. * Develop and monitor schedules, guard assignments, and activity distribution. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations. * Respond to and follow up on incidents, reports, or extraordinary situations. * Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Required profile * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Prior experience in personnel supervision or service coordination. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Basic knowledge of reporting, personnel control, and field operations. * Conduct site visits, audits, and periodic service evaluations. * Manage material resources and verify their proper use. * Train and reinforce best practices among staff. * Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and improvement proposals. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to optimize service delivery.
