Incident response and continuous improvement of procedures Job Objective: Supervise, manage, and ensure the proper execution of cleaning activities at assigned facilities, guaranteeing quality, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate operational staff (service supervisors, shift supervisors, and cleaning personnel). * Develop work plans per facility and position. * Conduct information gathering for service definition and costing. * Determine staffing, materials, tools, and logistics requirements for each worksite. * Plan, set up, and operate assigned services. * Manage required human, material, and technological resources. * Address operational incidents and ensure service continuity. * Perform reconciliations and direct follow-up with the client. * Issue recommendations and manage continuous procedural improvements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (or related field), either in progress or completed. **Verifiable** * 2–3 years of experience supervising cleaning services or similar operational positions. (**Verifiable**) * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. * Knowledge of: Cleaning procedures, project administration, operational planning, information gathering, operation of cleaning machinery and equipment. Willingness to travel to various service locations within TOLUCA\-CDMEX\-GDL\-MTY for service supervision.
