Company dedicated to Collections (call center) is seeking: **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (CALL CENTER)** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree, incomplete degree or technical degree in economics-administration, engineering, sciences or related fields. Minimum two years of experience in a similar position in a Call Center (collections experience is mandatory), managing teams (verifiable). Proficiency in Office suite (Excel at intermediate-advanced level, Word and PowerPoint for executive presentations). Experience with predictive dialers and digital collection tools. In general, Call Center management systems. Leadership, coaching and feedback skills applied to the work team. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Analytical and synthetic capacity, ability to identify trends and make decisions. Residence near the workplace (no more than 1 hour 20 minutes away). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervision and coordination of operations for personnel assigned to the designated call center campaign, including supervisors and telephone agents. Ensuring achievement of financial and recovery targets assigned to the campaign. Monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports to improve team efficiency. Defining and implementing collection strategies, as well as preparing executive reports and summaries. Client meetings and follow-up. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (including break and lunch time) Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM (including break time). **WE OFFER:** Monthly salary of $15,000.00 to $18,000, depending on qualifications.
