




We are looking for a qualified and motivated professional who can focus on payroll matters and other activities related to the HR area, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. **Job Objective:** The main objective of this position is to manage the payroll for 3 automotive dealerships and various human resources functions, including personnel management, occupational wellness, labor relations, organizational development, talent management, performance, knowledge, benefits, and compensation. All of this aims to support dealership staff needs and foster a healthy and productive work environment. **Responsibilities:** One of the primary functions is to manage the entire payroll process, including onboarding, offboarding, incidents, commission calculations, payroll stamping, final review, and release for payment. Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from job posting dissemination through interviews and evaluations, including drafting employment contracts, reference verification, onboarding, and compliance with legal regulations. Maintain and administer employee files, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate in employee performance evaluations, analyzing and documenting the results obtained. Participate in the implementation, review, and updating of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and proper communication to staff. Generate reports and indicators related to HR process compliance.
