You will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with industry and company standards, and the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. We provide a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to be part of innovative energy projects that contribute to a fair energy transition. **Main responsibilities:** • Lead and coordinate engineering teams across multiple projects. • Develop and review project scopes, engineering strategies, and design documents. • Ensure compliance with industry and company standards, safety regulations (e.g., API, ASME, ISO), and environmental guidelines. • Collaborate with project managers, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Manage engineering budgets, schedules, and resource planning. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers. • Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and align expectations. • Monitor and assess engineering risks and implement mitigation plans. • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of best practices. • Coordinate technical and operational interfaces among various contractors and suppliers involved in the project. • Monitor and control material orders to ensure supplies meet technical specifications and are delivered on time. • Track the progress of fabrication and installation activities against the project schedule. • Identify potential issues or interferences among different project activities and propose corrective or mitigating actions. • Ensure alignment between technical documentation, contractual requirements, and project timelines. • Support technical reviews and discussions between stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of goals. • Actively participate in coordination and progress meetings. **Skills and experience required:** • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or a related discipline). • Minimum of 10 years’ engineering experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role. • Proven experience in managing large\-scale projects (FEED, EPC, brownfield/greenfield). • Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment. • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of contractor and supplier management and contract interfaces. • In\-depth understanding of fabrication and installation processes in an offshore oil and gas context. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation. • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. • Willingness to travel to project sites, supplier locations, or operational offices. **How to apply:** • Applications are only accepted through our online application system. • Please upload your CV in English. **About Eni** Eni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
