At **Emergent Cold LatAm**, we are seeking an **Operations Coordinator** responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to product storage and distribution. The primary objective is to ensure daily operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with the company’s established quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review the daily operations schedule to assign tasks according to job roles and customer demand or requirements. * Ensure operational records are completed timely and accurately in the system. * Establish the client product placement plan within the warehouse based on specifications or product type to be stored, thereby supporting improved operational flow. * Ensure compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), execution and documentation of SOPs. * Meet KPIs (Accellos\-Korber System, Safety, Quality, Turnover, etc.) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within warehousing or logistics, personnel management, and inventory control. * Knowledge of warehouse management systems; familiarity with logistics, inventory management, safety regulations, storage regulations, and 5\`S.
