Job Summary: We are seeking a Delivery Driver for a growing logistics company, responsible for on-time cargo delivery, vehicle maintenance, and route compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We are experiencing accelerated growth, which is why we are looking for our next: Delivery Driver We Offer: Base salary $9500 KPI bonus $7,000.00 Night shift bonus Food vouchers $2300 Statutory benefits What will you be doing? 1. Depart punctually according to the dispatch plan, follow the assigned route, and ensure on-time cargo delivery; 2. Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintenance, including pre-departure checks to ensure proper operation; 3. Complete required operations in the designated mobile application and maintain communication with dispatch, HUB, and CDC; 4. Comply with traffic regulations in Mexico and promptly report any delays, accidents, or road closures (e.g., CAPUFE conditions). What do you need to join our team? Minimum 1 year of experience as a Delivery Driver, preferably in logistics; availability for NIGHT SHIFT; completed secondary education with a valid FEDERAL driver's license. Valid driver's license (Class A or Federal) 2. Experience in logistics transportation or trunk routes (13 years or more) and familiarity with major transportation routes and highways (e.g., CAPUFE network); 3. Proficient in operating the corresponding vehicle type (e.g., 3.5 tons, 8 tons, tractor-trailer, etc.) and skilled in using smartphones for system operations (APP scanning, check-in, etc.); 4. Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and identification of simple faults; 5.
