Job Description: Responsible for maintaining the personnel file of each associate and managing institutional processes. Preparation of: severance packages, pensions, and bonuses. Maintaining attendance and schedule records for associates to feed into the system. **REQUIREMENTS:** Must be at least 18 years of age Gender: Unrestricted High school diploma completed Availability to work weekends and rotate shifts **EXPERIENCE IN:** – Proficient use of Microsoft Office – Experience with HR systems – Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (preferred) – Payroll processing, severance package preparation, and administrative tasks – SUA and IMSS processes (preferred) – Ability to manage Human Resources processes – Familiarity with recruitment sources Come build your career with us!
