Attention to detail and customer orientation Location: Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa, CDMX Salary: $35,000 gross monthly + Statutory Benefits Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law (degree completion mandatory) Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate legal practice Knowledge of current real estate law, contracts, and obligations Intermediate English (mandatory) Experience in contract review and validation Familiarity with legislation, case law, and regulations applicable to the real estate sector Excellent organizational and document control skills Attention to detail and customer orientation Main Responsibilities: Review primary and ancillary contracts for real estate purchase and sale transactions, as well as construction execution agreements Validate the legality of documents related to real estate transactions Analyze current legislation, case law, and relevant precedents to resolve legal issues Monitor applicable regulations and rules governing the real estate sector Maintain up-to-date document control and legal filing systems Support preparation of legal reports and presentations on real estate matters Provide legal consultation and advice regarding contractual matters Explain contractual clauses and conditions to clients when necessary. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree years of experience Languages: English Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
