Position Summary: Universidad Univer Milenium seeks Communication B.A. graduates with knowledge of cinema to deliver theoretical-practical instruction, evaluate students, and foster skills at the undergraduate (Licenciatura) level. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver theoretical-practical instruction at the undergraduate (Licenciatura) level. 2. Develop and foster students' skills, abilities, and aptitudes. 3. Design teaching methodology and plan the teaching-learning process. **UNIVERSIDAD UNIVER MILENIUM – HIDALGO CAMPUS** Universidad Univer Milenium is an institution with a high standard of educational quality, committed to developing and training professionals who deliver services of exceptional quality. **We are hiring: Faculty members to join our quarterly academic staff, commencing in September of the current year.** **Requirements:** * **B.A. IN COMMUNICATION**, with degree certificate and professional license, and knowledge of cinema. * To teach at the undergraduate (Licenciatura) level. * Availability for morning shifts. * Teaching experience at the undergraduate (Licenciatura) level. * Subject area: Teaching Methodology. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical\-practical instruction to students. * Evaluate and grade students according to institutional criteria. * Record and monitor activities and outcomes as per the planned schedule. * Develop and foster students' skills, abilities, and aptitudes. * Maintain orderly condition of equipment and workplace, reporting any anomalies. * Prepare examinations and submit them on time and as required. * Use of instructional platforms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Competencies:** * Design teaching methodology and organize activities. * Plan the teaching\-learning process. * Provide clear, well-organized information and explanations. * Group management. * Leadership. * Commitment. * Responsibility. * Punctuality. * Empathy.
