Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with experience in recruitment and training to support team growth and comprehensive talent management within a manufacturing company. An established manufacturing company located in Toluca, Avenida Alfredo del Mazo, is looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** with proven experience in **recruitment and training**, to support team growth and end-to-end talent management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead recruitment and selection processes: posting job openings on portals (Indeed, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, OCC), screening resumes, conducting initial and technical interviews, administering assessments, negotiating offers, and closing hires. * Design and implement training and development programs: identifying training needs, developing annual plans, coordinating internal/external courses (including STPS, DC\-3, soft skills, industrial safety), tracking post\-training evaluations, and measuring impact. * Maintain updated HR metrics (turnover rate, time-to-fill, recruitment effectiveness, training ROI). **Essential Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field. * Minimum 2\-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with demonstrable emphasis on mass/operational recruitment and training design/delivery (preferably in industrial or plant environments). * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and STPS-related NOMs concerning training and safety. * Strong communication, negotiation, results-oriented, and confidentiality management skills. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting and metrics) and digital recruitment tools. * Residence near Toluca, Metepec, Zinacantepec, Lerma, or surrounding areas. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary between $11,000 and $12,000\. * Statutory benefits. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
