EDUCATION: **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.** EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years in construction project management (building, civil works, infrastructure). LANGUAGE: Conversational English (spoken and written) WINDOWS SKILLS: Proficient in Office suite, Expert in Excel TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Construction standards and regulations. * Site and budget control (Neodata, Opus or similar). * Project scheduling (MS Project). * Workplace safety and hygiene. * Public and private construction contracts. RELOCATION AVAILABLE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Planning and organization o Define the project master plan (schedule, budget, and scope). o Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to establish clear guidelines. 2. Resource management o Manage human, material, and financial resources assigned to the project. o Supervise compliance with contracts, agreements, and third-party obligations. 3. Supervision and control o Review and approve construction progress, ensuring quality and adherence to technical specifications. o Monitor key indicators: time, cost, quality, safety, and environment. 4. Communication and leadership o Serve as primary liaison between the company, client, and work teams. o Lead and motivate staff to ensure achievement of objectives. 5.
