By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when one is free to be themselves and share their unique experience. #### **Our Benefits** With employee well-being as our top priority, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including the following: * Life insurance * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What Will Your Contribution to the Team Be?** * Validate, confirm, and document engineering requirements for test aircraft, option configurations, and program-required configurations. * Based on engineering documentation, validate, confirm, and document requests for modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams. * Document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned to ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements. * Design methodologies to ensure design requirements are met during product planning. * Analyze and identify change needs in engineering documentation; coordinate and generate Change Request (CR) documentation. * Identify non-value-adding operations and propose optimization solutions for the production line. * Monitor and timely report progress of assigned projects, identifying risks and solutions to ensure on-time delivery. * Provide support in investigations and problem resolution related to design and manufacturing. ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role? Skills, Knowledge, and Experience** * You are a university engineering student with at least 12 months remaining to complete your professional studies. * You are pursuing a degree in Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. * You possess English language proficiency sufficient for basic communication. * You have experience reading and interpreting metal-mechanical and composite manufacturing and assembly drawings. * You are familiar with CATIA, SolidWorks, or another mechanical design software (2D, CAD/CAM). * You have knowledge of office productivity software, Power BI, ERP (SAP), and programming (desirable). * You possess knowledge of continuous improvement tools and manufacturing process improvement. * You are available to work on-site for at least 6 hours per day.
