Your responsibilities will include: * Planning and executing transitions from one supplier to a new supplier within the “Supplier Transition and Development” team, part of the Supply Chain. * Understanding and executing projects in alignment with strategies and priorities, rigorously tracking all stages—from purchase order issuance to parts delivery into inventory. * Developing new suppliers. * Maintaining clear and effective communication with various stakeholders across different organizational levels. * Proactively identifying and mitigating risks. * Coordinating diverse resources involved in project development and execution. * Communicating your team’s priorities and ensuring their support. * Preparing for and attending governance and project review meetings. * Tracking deliverables and monitoring performance indicators. * Contributing to the team’s continuous process improvement. ### **How to Thrive in This Role?** **As the ideal candidate:** * You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or operations management, plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience. * You have experience in supplier management and in delivering project outputs. * You possess a strong sense of accountability and solid organizational skills. * You are highly organized, recognized for your leadership, and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize diverse teams. * You are familiar with just-in-time (JIT) supply chain logistics, integrated supply chain management, and lean manufacturing concepts. * You can work under pressure and meet commitments. * You are fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
