The candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the unit, ensuring achievement of sales goals, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations. Lead, train, and evaluate staff. Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory, costs, and shrinkage. Achieve sales and profitability targets. Monitor operational and financial KPIs. Maintain hygiene and safety standards. Address and resolve customer incidents. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in restaurants or the food industry. Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree (preferred). Leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making ability. Results-oriented and customer-service-focused mindset. Flexible availability. Mandatory: Letters of recommendation or employment certifications. Mandatory: Valid certificate of no criminal record.
