By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when one is free to be themselves and share their unique experience. #### #### **Our Benefits** With employee well-being as our top priority, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including the following: * Insurance *(Dental, medical, life, disability, and more)* * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What Will You Contribute to the Team?** * Support production for both planned and unplanned demand requirements. * Participate in daily production meetings, continuous improvement projects, and end-to-end processes—from demand to supply. * Control the picking schedule and/or kitting assembly from the warehouse, and manage intercompany parts. * Track and analyze part overconsumption (scrap). * Provide visibility of shortages to production; plan and manage component coverage; adjust planning as needed. * Collaborate with other groups to provide or receive objective information. * Plan and coordinate basic tasks under close supervision. * Receive guidance from a more experienced professional (agent). * Monitor costs and inventory against production orders (obsolete and unplanned material). ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role? Skills, Knowledge, and Experience** * Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or Logistics Engineering. * Customer orientation, planning, emotional management, communication, and proactivity. * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Basic data analysis skills. * Foundational knowledge of continuous improvement. * Advanced English language proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency for administrative reporting. **Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply—and join the Bombardier team!** Note: It is not necessary to possess *all* the listed competencies, knowledge, and experience to apply for this position.
