### **What Will You Contribute to the Team?**
* Support production for both planned and unplanned demand requirements.
* Participate in daily production meetings, continuous improvement projects, and end-to-end processes—from demand to supply.
* Control the picking schedule and/or kitting assembly from the warehouse, and manage intercompany parts.
* Track and analyze part overconsumption (scrap).
* Provide visibility of shortages to production; plan and manage component coverage; adjust planning as needed.
* Collaborate with other groups to provide or receive objective information.
* Plan and coordinate basic tasks under close supervision.
* Receive guidance from a more experienced professional (agent).
* Monitor costs and inventory against production orders (obsolete and unplanned material).
### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role? Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**
* Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or Logistics Engineering.
* Customer orientation, planning, emotional management, communication, and proactivity.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Basic data analysis skills.
* Foundational knowledge of continuous improvement.
* Advanced English language proficiency.
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency for administrative reporting.
