At **Molino la Rosaleda**, we are looking for a **Payroll Manager** with solid experience in administration, control, and payroll calculation, as well as compliance with tax and labor obligations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of employee payment processes, guaranteeing adherence to internal policies and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute complete weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll calculations. * Validate attendance incidents (absences, delays, overtime, commissions, bonuses, etc.). * Manage registrations, terminations, and modifications in IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Fonacot. * Generate and review stamped payroll receipts (CFDI). * Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations before SAT, IMSS, and STPS. * Prepare reports and indicators for payroll control and labor costs. * Coordinate internal and external audits of the payroll department. * Guarantee confidentiality and protection of personnel information. * Update policies and procedures according to changes in labor and tax legislation. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum Experience: **3 to 5 years** in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR), and payroll taxes. * CFDI stamping and use of SUA, IDSE, and SAT portal. * Payroll systems (Nómina Integral, Aspel NOI, CONTPAQi or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail and results-oriented. * Professional confidentiality and ethics. * Effective communication and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Job stability and opportunities for growth.
