




**Metalworking Manufacturing Company of Machines** Currently seeking for a new position: **Process Manager for Machine Assembly:** **Position objective:** Be responsible for receiving manufacturing requirements for machines and tools, communicating them to production, and supervising the machine assembly processes until receipt and shipment of the machines to their destination. **Requirements:** More than 2 years of experience in: * Metalworking manufacturing processes * Production in Work Cells * Machine Assembly * Shipping operations * Time and motion studies * Process optimization * Inventory ERP system handling (ODDO preferred) * Machine inventory control * Quality inspection **Responsibilities:** Receive equipment delivery requirements, communicate them to production, and supervise the correct assembly of machines or products to be sent to customers. Receive, package, and load machinery and equipment assembled at the plant onto transportation according to requirements, as well as record the machinery into inventory, sales order, shipping document, and bill of lading within the ERP system. **Activities to perform:** * Monitor and receive new requirements. * Print and forward new orders to the Assembly Supervisor. * ***Track and supervise the machine assembly process.*** * Control machinery and equipment inventory. * Receive and inspect completed machines, including collecting evidence of proper operation of machinery and equipment upon completion of assembly. * Record machinery and equipment into inventory. * Coordinate and supervise that every order is delivered complete, with correct parts and in good condition, prior to loading transport. * Inform the sales department when the machinery order is ready for shipment. * Enter order details into the system for machinery and equipment delivered by Assembly and ready for shipment. * Generate shipping documents for machinery and equipment in the system. * Prepare the waybill for shipped machinery and equipment. * *Fulfill spare parts requests for orders requiring them.* * Maintain internal and external company communication via email, phone, in person, etc. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
